BOOTS, BUCKLES,
AND BUDDIES!

Get ready to break in your cowboy boots and polish those buckles because you are cordially invited to the 2024 Bash for the Buddies!

Saddle up and mark your calendars for Saturday, July 6th, as we lasso up for an evening of Western-inspired festivities and philanthropy in support of our local mentoring programs for Roaring Fork Valley youth at the Merry-Go Ranch, boasting the finest views of Aspen's mountains.

Here's a sneak peek:

Location: Merry-Go Ranch, offering unrivaled views of the Aspen mountains, hosted by Gail and Lenny “Boogie” Weinglass.

Special performance by DanceAspen

Theme: Boots, Buckles, and Buddies - Wild Wild West.

The event starts at 6 PM. Join us to kick off the evening with the Taste of the Valley, featuring tantalizing appetizers and handcrafted cocktails from the Roaring Fork Valley’s top culinary chefs and mixologists. A seated dinner, brief program, live music, and dancing with Tunisia will follow.

Parking: Valet service will be at your service for a seamless arrival experience.

Dress: Saddle up in your finest Western attire, complete with boots, buckles, and your favorite cowboy hat. Remember to wear shoes suitable for strolling on grass and bring a jacket to stay warm during the cooler evening temperatures.

Online Auction: Can't make it to the Bash? Don't hang up your hat just yet! Our Online Auction opens on July 3rd, offering you the chance to bid on exclusive items and experiences until July 7th at 4:00 PM. Best of all, registration is free, so join the fun from wherever you are!

That's not all partner!

The Bash is more than just boots and good times. It's a celebration of local youth, families, and volunteer Big Buddies throughout the Roaring Fork Valley whom we work with through our mentoring programs. This event typically raises over one-third of our annual operating budget and is critical to sustaining our four youth mentoring programs - offered at NO cost to the community.
